I did it for my Yaris...
So everyone knows this past weekend Virginia got dumped with snow. We got what? Three feet of snow? Honestly before today I hadn't left my house in two days pretty much. Cabin fever was slowly starting to set in. I decided to have the kids help me start to shovel out my car. We actually got a lot of it done thank goodness. They helped me clear most of my car off. I was actually taking a break to FaceTime someone when these guys pulled up in a truck asking if I needed any help. They asked to shovel out the rest of my car for 50$. Which seems like a bit much considering I had already done so much. But I agreed anyways because I didn't feel like doing it myself to begin with. I walked up to their car asking about prices only to realize it smell highly of weed. I then called them out on it only for them to agree & show me said weed. Like cool bro? Anyways moral of the story is they helped me clear out my car which was cool. But I needed to get more cash for them so me being way to trusting got in the car with three random guys. First noticing next to my seat the biggest roll of duct tape I've ever seen in my life & the truck had no interior. I hadn't really realized what I had gotten myself into just then. One of the guys kept on hitting on me. Asking if who I was face timing was my boyfriend or if I had one. Kind of asking to many questions & being creepy. But I got in the truck with them anyways, they took me to my bank. I paid them 60$ & the kids 10$. So basically out 70$ for the day. Awkwardly having to give the wrong number to the guy because listen, I don't want you contacting me. Thank god, I kept face timing the whole time. I probably would've been more freaked out if I felt alone. Basically I'll pay anything to get my car free & I shouldn't trust random people to hop into their car. I should e just been lazy & waited for the snow to all melt on my car.
Not ready to shovel out my car, notice my awesome snow suit.
